Is your memory new or refurbished?
We supply refurbished, professional-grade server memory — inspected and prepared for server use — across DDR2 to DDR5 generations.
Is there a warranty on refurbished modules?
Yes. The warranty period and conditions are set out in our Terms of service and Refund policy.
Can I return or exchange a module?
Returns are handled in line with our Refund policy. As a B2B supplier, consumer distance-selling cooling-off rules do not apply; returns follow our stated policy.
Are prices shown including or excluding VAT?
Prices are shown excluding VAT (standard for B2B). Applicable VAT is calculated at checkout. See our Terms of service.
